Litigation Group
The UK government’s decisions and actions are rightly subject to detailed scrutiny. As a result, our litigation lawyers work on a wide range of high-profile cases, often involving questions of constitutional and national importance.
As a Litigation Lawyer you’ll work within one of four specialised departments. Whether it’s Defence and Security, Home Office and Immigration, Justice and Development or Public Inquiries, you’ll handle public and private law for central government departments, security agencies and other public bodies. Litigating on behalf of government and providing legal advice, you’ll also work with external partners to help control the quality of their input.
